Can you remember a year more life-changing than 2020?
Over a million lives were lost in the pandemic, a string of wildfires, airplane crashes in Iran and Pakistan, social unrest about the killing of George Floyd, the deadly explosion in Beirut, and various natural disasters. At the same time, ten years of technology advancements seemed to happen in mere months—and now vaccinations are rolling out at a record speed.
For me, 2020 was also a year full of personal success and happiness.
Kicking off with an interview at BNR Nieuwsradio, Braingineers being selected as the number one analytics- and optimization agency in the Netherlands, and the launch of Brainpeek 2.0, including the new neuro video testing feature.
Furthermore this year I started as head of sales and marketing at Travel Electric. I am working with new colleagues, which I have never seen in real-life, only via video calls, which is a bit weird. Nevertheless, within a week, they gave me the feeling we know each other for months. I am just finishing my second month as part of this unique team, and already, I can proudly look back to some commercial successes. These successes make me excited and curious about what great opportunities next year will bring.
